Responsibilities
- Develop and own a three-year strategic roadmap for EngineWise Connect
- Craft compelling business cases focusing on cost savings and customer experience
- Conduct internal discovery to identify pain points and promote platform solutions
- Utilize Liferay Objects and CMS for scalable, low-maintenance portal solutions
- Mentor a team of product owners and technical resources to establish delivery goals
- Implement AI capabilities and advanced data integrations for portal experience
- Drive user-centered design approaches based on UX best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience or an Advanced Degree and 5 years of experience
- Expertise in digital program management and product management
- Proven track record in leading digital transformation for customer-facing or B2B platforms
- Experience with scalable agile frameworks is preferred
- Familiarity with Liferay DXP or similar B2B digital platforms is a plus
