About the role
The Remote Support Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of support specialists who provide technical assistance to clients through various channels.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the support team
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient support delivery
- Monitor and analyze support data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Train and mentor support staff to ensure high-quality service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Manage escalations and handle customer complaints effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or management roles
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with customer relationship management systems
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices
- Experience with remote support tools and platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
