What You’ll Do
- Review incoming briefs to ensure clarity on goals, requirements, timelines, and success criteria before kickoff.
- Partner with cross-functional teams - including Comms, Product, GBX, and external partners - to plan and execute projects from start to finish.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, scopes, and documentation for all projects within your pillars.
- Manage the day-to-day workflow for priority tentpoles across social, partnerships, B2C PMC and growth initiatives, tracking deliverables, approvals, and risks.
- Maintain quarterly roadmaps for your initiatives. Support forecasting and scoping for all planned work, partnering with Resource Management to secure staffing needs.
- Contribute to annual and bi-annual strategic planning by estimating effort, identifying operational considerations, and highlighting potential risks or opportunities.
- Identify inefficiencies, gaps, or bottlenecks across pillars and workstreams and recommend actionable workflow improvements.
- Maintain and evolve documentation, templates, and tools to ensure repeatability and operational consistency.
- Collaborate with the Group Program Manager and other PMs to improve cross-functional processes and enhance overall team impact.
- Act as a point of escalation for project-related questions or issues within your pillar(s).
- Foster strong relationships across teams by communicating clearly, collaborating proactively, and encouraging shared ownership of outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management, program management, production management, or related marketing/creative experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing social-first, partnership-driven, or growth marketing programs.
- Background in content production across digital, social, video, or integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing multiple creative projects in parallel.
- Experience collaborating with leadership and presenting program updates or recommendations.
Pay
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $142,000-$214,000 annually.
Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $135,000-$203,000 annually.
Zone C: The base salary range for this position is $121,000-$182,000 annually.
