About the Role

As a Program Manager (PM) in our residential program, you’ll provide strong and reliable leadership to help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can grow, thrive, and achieve greater independence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide training and monitoring to residential staff to ensure effective implementation of behavior support plans and IEPs, as well as completion of necessary documentation.
  • Oversee daily group home operations, including budget management, staffing, adherence to weekly schedules, coordination of community outings, grocery shopping, and more.
  • Ensure adherence to QI/QA procedures, work directly in ratio with students, and maintain environmental safety as well as a functional and homelike environment.
  • Attend and participate in clinical meetings, PM meetings, and run monthly house staff meetings, developing meeting agendas.
  • Participate in PM on-call rotation, covering with the assistant manager on-call through a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field is preferred.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least 1 year of licensed driving experience.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting children or individuals with special needs.
  • Previous supervisory experience and experience implementing crisis intervention procedures.
  • Demonstrated experience with budgeting, staffing, and scheduling.

Skills

  • Patience, compassion, and the ability to support children with diverse communication and behavioral needs.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the capacity to support and guide your team with empathy, patience, and respect.
  • Experience in Human Services and with Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) is a plus.

Pay

$29/hour-$30/hour depending on applicable experience.

Schedule

Day, Evening, and Overnight Shifts Available | Full-Time & Part-Time.

Locations: Randolph, MA and Norwood, MA.
