We are seeking an experienced and strategic program leader to oversee the end-to-end design, build, governance, and deployment of a Coupa Hosted Catalog solution within a large-scale enterprise Procure-to-Pay ecosystem. This highly visible role will drive cross-functional collaboration across Procurement, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Finance, IT, Legal, and external supplier partners to deliver a transformational catalog capability that modernizes procurement operations and enables measurable business value.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all workstreams required to successfully design, build, test, and deploy the Coupa Hosted Catalog solution across the enterprise P2P ecosystem
- Define governance frameworks, controls, and operating processes for catalog content management, supplier onboarding, catalog maintenance, and ongoing program delivery
- Develop and maintain the overall program roadmap, implementation plan, resource plan, budget, and executive-level reporting artifacts
- Partner with Supply Chain, Sourcing, Procurement, IT, Finance, Legal, and external suppliers to establish catalog requirements and sustainable operating models
- Lead business process design activities to align catalog functionality with Procurement and P2P strategic objectives
- Manage vendor, consulting, and implementation partner activities to ensure delivery against scope, schedule, and budget commitments
- Plan and monitor program progress to ensure milestones are met throughout the full implementation lifecycle
- Coordinate resources across business, functional, technical, and supplier workstreams to maintain alignment and momentum
- Manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate decisions appropriately to leadership
- Coordinate testing activities including SIT, UAT, defect management, and production readiness assessments
- Manage supplier onboarding and catalog content deployment activities to ensure timely and accurate go-live readiness
- Drive stakeholder alignment across Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and executive leadership throughout all program phases
- Develop and execute change management, communication, training, and user adoption plans to maximize solution uptake
- Support post-go-live stabilization and lead a structured transition to operational support teams
Skills
- Deep expertise in Procure-to-Pay processes including requisitioning, sourcing, contracts, catalogs, purchase orders, receiving, invoicing, and supplier management
- Proven ability to lead large-scale enterprise software implementations involving multiple cross-functional business and technical workstreams
- Experience designing and implementing procurement catalog solutions, supplier enablement programs, or eCommerce procurement capabilities
- Strong knowledge of ERP integration coordination, particularly with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments
- Demonstrated vendor management skills including RFP support, SOW development, financial oversight, and implementation partner performance management
- Proficiency in budgeting, resource planning, risk management, governance design, and executive reporting
- Fluency in both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies with the ability to apply each appropriately
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and organizational change leadership capabilities
- Preferred: Direct experience implementing Coupa Hosted Catalogs, Coupa Procurement, Coupa P2P, or Coupa Supplier Management modules
- Preferred: Knowledge of Punchout, cXML, OCI, EDI, supplier connectivity standards, and catalog content management practices
- Preferred: Experience establishing catalog governance and operating models supporting ongoing supplier and content management
- Preferred: Utility, energy, or other regulated industry experience
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of Program or Project Management experience leading complex enterprise software implementations and business transformation initiatives
- Minimum 5 years of experience implementing procurement, sourcing, or Procure-to-Pay technology solutions
- Proven experience managing programs with large and diverse stakeholder groups including executive leadership, business process owners, IT organizations, and external vendors
- Preferred: Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
Qualifications
PMP, PgMP, Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma certification preferred.
Pay
41.54 - 55.38 USD hourly
