Program Manager, Content Creation, Seller Acquisition & Education
About the role
The mission of the Seller Acquisition & Education (SAE) team is to recruit and empower new Amazon sellers, connecting them with information, opportunities, services, and resources to launch and grow successful businesses both in and beyond the Amazon store. The SAE team is looking for a self-directed and AI-fluent program manager to join our content delivery program, managing the creation of marketing and educational content to help Amazon sellers identify and understand opportunities, unlock key concepts, and make informed business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Research, draft, and design exceptional content across a range of modalities and formats
- Manage and prioritize multiple time-sensitive projects
- Foster stakeholder relationships across the business
- Leverage AI to accelerate production and improve outcomes
Requirements
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Bachelor's degree in communications or equivalent
- 3+ years of content editing/writing experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Experience executing content projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $82,700.00 - $129,800.00 USD annually.
