Program Manager – CMO

About the Role

The Program Manager – CMO owns the operational coordination between Mfused and its Contract Manufacturing partners, ensuring accurate and efficient movement of materials, documentation, production planning, and compliance requirements. This role serves as the operational control point, managing supply chain accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. It may also involve supervising shipping and receiving teams at Mfused-operated sites.

Responsibilities

• External Manufacturing Operations: Coordinate production planning, track orders and shipments, monitor partner performance, and resolve operational issues.
• Order Management & Inventory Coordination: Manage sales orders, coordinate shipments, and validate inventory accuracy with the Inventory team.
• Ingredient & Component Coordination: Forecast and ensure proper handling of terpenes, ingredients, and components, communicating requirements to internal and external partners.
• Documentation & Compliance Management: Maintain records, manage accounting trackers, prepare operational documentation, and ensure compliance with COA, ingredient lists, and batch documentation.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a central point for Product, Compliance, Quality, and Supply Chain teams, ensuring adherence to Mfused standards.
• Operational Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve order delays, communicate updates, and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supply chain, manufacturing operations, product operations, or vendor management.
• High school diploma or equivalent; no degree required.
• Strong organization and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills across internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with compliance documentation (e.g., COAs) is helpful but not required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
