As a Program Manager for Change Management, you'll lead strategic initiatives that transform physical retail spaces in Whole Foods Market locations. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of store change requests, from initial assessment through implementation.
• Develop and optimize change management processes while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Analyze business cases and financial impacts for proposed store modifications.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Design, Construction, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Present recommendations and progress updates to senior leadership.

A day in the life
Your day might begin with reviewing proposed store modifications and program changes with partner teams. You'll analyze the business impact of these changes, create detailed project plans, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Throughout the day, you'll monitor ongoing projects, resolve challenges, and ensure all modifications align with our customer-first approach. You'll also spend time developing presentation materials for leadership reviews and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize change management processes.

We're responsible for planning, designing, and maintaining Amazon's grocery retail locations across the globe. Our team combines retail expertise with data-driven decision-making to continuously enhance our stores' physical environments. Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Master's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources, or related field.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.

• USA, IL, Chicago: $74,200 - $129,800 USD annually
• USA, TN, Nashville: $66,800 - $116,800 USD annually
• USA, TX, Austin: $74,200 - $129,800 USD annually
• USA, WA, Seattle: $82,700 - $129,800 USD annually
