About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Program Manager to support Tesla’s Internship and Early Talent hiring efforts. This role will partner with recruiters and managers across all technical departments, including specialized work in AI Hardware, AI Software, and Optimus Robotics. Client management will exist between recruiters, hiring managers, and external partners to coordinate high impact events. There will be opportunities to contribute to the development of our campus brand and how we share our story. You will partner with the leadership to identify how we leverage and obtain resources for a next level program.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the coordination of infrastructure (communications, merchandise management, and event logistics) for recruiting events
  • Support a specialized / departmental scope of off-site recruiting activations, including campus, competition, and conference events
  • Support the recruiting and coordination component with on-site, Tesla-hosted events
  • Use a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best talent
  • Provide a great candidate experience at every opportunity

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of Program or Project Management experience
  • Proven relationship and project management experience with internal and external partners
  • A genuine interest in technology as shown by continuous learning throughout your career
  • The ability to lead projects to successful conclusion – balancing efficiency with quality
  • A combination of university career services or corporate recruiting experience is preferred

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of Program or Project Management experience

Pay

Expected Compensation $72,000 - $162,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
