Responsible for implementing and monitoring the strategies and activities of MPC and the accompanying administrative work to fulfill the action plans. Duties & Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operation of MPCCollaboration with other management staff to monitor the prevention budget and the implementation of the strategiesParticipate in and support the sustainability activities that include fund raising and grant writingMonitor the timely achievement of the identified goals and objectivesAttend required meetings and trainings Act as liaison to Committees Collaborate with the prevention team members to collect data and compile reports Administrative work that supports the strategies and activitiesOther duties as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications And Competencies Bachelor's Degree required Experience in substance abuse and mental health prevention services Knowledge and experience in prevention, behavioral health and substance abuse Good communication and documentation skills Computer literacy/skills Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation on a consistent basis Bridges Healthcare is a valued and trusted community partner.
