Program Manager - Blong Tech Center

About the role

This CE Program Manager is a solution-oriented designer and provider of short-term curricular offerings that address the business and community needs for trained and certificate-eligible employees. This position is focused on developing non-credit programs and courses in business, information technology, management and service. Emphasis is on needs assessment and marketing as well as curricular development. Responsible for identifying instructors, program delivery and evaluation, and staffing.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Three years experience working in business, IT and/or education
• Technical knowledge in the areas of business, information technology, management and service
• Proven ability to recruit, train and retain a talented pool of part-time instructors
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Successful candidate must possess exceptional communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing curriculum preferred

Physical Demands

• This job operates in a professional office environment
• This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. occasionally, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary
• Prolonged periods standing or sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Pay

$62,900.00 - $78,700.00/Year
