About the role
The Program Manager oversees one or more programs that involve interaction with clients and the community. Responsibilities include managing program operations, communicating contract requirements to staff, and participating in program design.
Responsibilities
- Manage one or more programs requiring client and community interactions
- Understand and communicate all aspects of contract requirements to staff
- Participate in program design
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) and three years of relevant experience in a human services field
- At least 3 additional years of experience with the Cure Violence model is preferred
- Experience working with the NYC Crisis Management System is a plus
- Experience supervising formerly incarcerated individuals is a plus
Qualifications
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19

- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
