Program Manager

About the role

Support a company focused on advanced national security, space, and defense acquisition programs. Oversee a large-scale government portfolio, managing program execution, customer engagement, financial performance, and strategic delivery objectives. Join a mission-critical effort supporting the U.S. Space Force and senior military leadership in advancing next-generation warfighting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large government program portfolio, ensuring successful execution of contract deliverables, milestones, and performance objectives.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing lead, regularly engaging with government stakeholders to identify mission needs and align resources and solutions.
• Maintain responsibility for program financials, including profit and loss (P&L) management, budget forecasting, funding execution, and cost tracking.
• Coordinate with senior military leaders, including General Officers and Flag Officers, to provide program updates on funding, schedules, risks, and mission outcomes.
• Support acquisition and talent acquisition efforts by aligning personnel, technologies, and solutions to meet customer requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, government contracting, acquisitions, budgeting, or related defense programs.
• Experience managing large-scale programs valued at $100M+; experience supporting billion-dollar portfolios preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial management processes, including P&L ownership and budget analysis.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.

Pay

Salary Range: $200,000 - $220,000 depending on experience.
