Program Manager

About the role

The Program Manager will be responsible for managing the Innovation Portfolio and will work closely with senior leadership, including the COO and the IT CIO, to drive strategic initiatives and ensure successful delivery of outcomes. The individual will also partner closely with the IT Project Managers and broader technology teams to coordinate execution, manage dependencies, drive governance, and ensure alignment across the portfolio. This is a highly visible and business-critical role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Innovation Portfolio, a key strategic investment area focused on modernizing platforms, accelerating innovation, improving operational efficiency, and enabling future business growth
• Work closely with senior leadership, including the COO and the IT CIO, to drive strategic initiatives and ensure successful delivery of outcomes
• Partner closely with IT Project Managers and broader technology teams to coordinate execution, manage dependencies, drive governance, and ensure alignment across the portfolio
• Ensure multiple interdependent initiatives are delivered successfully while maintaining alignment with executive priorities and organizational objectives

Qualifications

• Strong technology background with a good understanding of modern enterprise architectures and platforms, including: APIs, Microservices, Data Lakes, Portals and Digital Platforms, and related enterprise integration technologies
• Possess sufficient domain knowledge to effectively engage with business and technology stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and drive execution (does not need to be a deep technical SME)
• Proven track record of leading large transformation programs
• Strong executive presence and excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ability to navigate complex organizational environments
