Program Manager

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide execution oversight for assigned project portfolios, ensuring delivery to scope, schedule, quality, and financial expectations
• Own portfolio-level financial management, including budgets, EACs, cash flow, and margin performance
• Lead monthly project reviews and ensure accurate, timely EAC reporting to Finance
• Serve as the primary escalation point for project delivery issues and customer concerns
• Assign projects to PMs and resolve resourcing conflicts across concurrent work
• Actively manage a ~50% personal project load, typically higher-complexity engagements
• Enforce PMO standards and ensure consistent, high-quality project reporting
• Participate in proposal reviews when requested to assess delivery risk and feasibility
• Contribute to PMO leadership initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications

• Include 8+ years of project management experience delivering client-facing projects
• 3+ years of experience leading or mentoring Project Managers
• Strong financial and forecasting skills, including EAC development and cash flow management
• Prior proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Excellent communication, coaching, and escalation management skills
• Preferred experience in technical, engineering, automation, or integration environments
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• Experience managing complex or high-risk customer projects preferred
