Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Financial Controls - ensuring Programs are performed within specific Program award budgets.
- Schedule Controls - guaranteeing on-time contract performance with appropriate resources allocated to meet changing contract requirements.
- Contractual Submittals - producing timely documents, reports, and program updates according to specific contract reporting requirements.
- Customer Relations – Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers, acting as the face of Valcor to our customers.
Requirements
- A clear understanding of business, accounting procedures, Quality Assurance practices, contracts, sales techniques, and manufacturing procedures.
- A thorough understanding of engineering concepts and techniques.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex Programs, with demonstrated financial skills and excellent communications techniques.
- A BSME (or equivalent engineering degree) is preferred, with an MBA or MS in related Aerospace fields being preferable but not required.

Pay
The salary range is based on our market pay structure, with individual salaries determined by a variety of factors including business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
Schedule
