Essential Duties And Responsibilities Customer facing experience and knowledge of basic sales aspectsLeadership and Management of Functions/PeopleOrganization and PrioritizationTactical, Operational, and Strategic Communication – Internally and Externally. This includes coordinating with Sales and Customer Service, Engineering, Operations and Quality teams.Operational Understanding (TMS and Customer)Data Gathering and AnalysisProblem Solving (Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous). Take charge and lead in addressing problems, opportunities and other "hot spots" in a quick, decisive and effective mannerDiscrepancy Resolution/Strong comfort level with conflict resolutionGeneral Financial and business UnderstandingCompliance and Regulatory Requirement AwarenessGeneral Contract ReviewManage development projects for Key Accounts & product managementWork with Sales and Marketing to develop sales tools including marketing materials and promotional programs, plus training of the sales force and distribution channelsConduct and facilitate regular customer meetings – traveling to customer sites as needed Qualifications/Requirements Experience with RF interconnect products, coaxial cable &/or related products preferredFamiliarity with RF Interconnect products, coaxial cables &/or related productsFamiliarity with specification/blueprint reading, materials and process specificationsHighly motivated, self-starting personality with desire to directly impact the success of the companyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEffective Communication and excellent Presentation skillsBS in Engineering or similar technical discipline or equivalent experience in RF assembliesCommercial business experience a plus3-5 years' experience in Electro-Mechanical Design/Manufacturing environment desired Times Microwave Systems is an equal opportunity employer M/F/D/V.
