Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Create an environment conducive to learning and the acquisition of skills.
• Manage enrollment of individuals to maintain capacity and encourage regular attendance.
• Cookordination a mobile program with a focus on the development of vocational skills through real world experience in businesses, including the Maynard Fine Arts Theater and Creamery, TILL Farm, Maynard High School, and other community locations.
• Develop community contacts to further the development of the program’s community experience.
• Serve as an advocate for all individuals enrolled and seek opportunities to help each individual develop talent, learn new skills, and flourish.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum High School diploma with three years’ experience in a position with progressive responsibilities in areas of administration, writing and implementing individual objectives, and supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Service Psychology or related field preferred.
• Must have the ability to develop and write objectives, possess good written and oral communication skills.
• Experience developing teaching strategies and training staff.
