Program Manager

Summary T2S Solutions currently has an opening for a Program Manager in the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) to help empower the Department of Defense’s navigation warfare (NAVWAR) mission ensuring positioning, navigation and timing superiority. The Program Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of a program or portfolio of projects. You will oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and performance monitoring. You will also communicate with stakeholders, report on program progress, and ensure that program goals and objectives are met. Responsibilities Develop and implement program plans, including project plans, schedules, and budgetsCoordinate the work of project teams and ensure that project tasks are completed on timeand within budgetIdentify and manage program risks and issuesEnsure that program goals and objectives are clearly defined and communicated tostakeholdersEstablish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors,customers, and partnersMonitor program performance against established goals and objectivesReport on program progress to stakeholdersManage program budgets and resourcesDevelop and implement program policies and proceduresEnsure that program work complies with relevant regulations and standards Qualifications Active security clearance w/ path to TS/SCIBachelor's degree in business, math, statistics, data science, computer science, engineering, or other related field and 5-7+ years of experienceStrong leadership and project management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and in a team environmentProficiency in project management tools and methodologiesKnowledge of program management principles and practicesExperience in managing multiple projects or programs simultaneously Highly Desired Masters Degree or Military Service School (Intermediate/Senior Level Education), Project Management Professional (PMP), Military operational experience, Joint Qualified Officer (JQO) or equivalent, Combatant Command and/or theater-level Operations Center experience.
