Summary Objective: The Program Manager is responsible for leading the successful execution and coordination of complex customer (hyperscalers) programs involving multiple manufacturing facilities, suppliers, and cross-functional teams. This role will lead the coordination between Project Management, Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Scheduling, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Aftermarket Services to ensure Customer’s projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations. The Program Manager drives financial performance, communication, manages project risks, improves operational processes, and ensures alignment across internal stakeholders while supporting Stellar Energy's commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the on budget and on schedule execution and coordination of complex customer programs involving multiple manufacturing locations, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage customer relationship throughout the project execution lifecycle, maintaining a clear understanding of project scope, schedules, technical requirements, and customer expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Scheduling, Logistics, Procurement, Project Management, and Aftermarket Services to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
