About the role
The Program Manager at STAHL USA is responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation of government technology projects. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and advocating for the needs of the client and the government.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of government technology projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clients, vendors, and government agencies
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Communicate effectively with all parties involved to ensure alignment and progress
- Advocate for the needs of the client and the government
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or related field
- Experience working with government agencies and understanding of government contracting processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
