Program Manager

About The Role In this role, you will serve as the on-site Program Manager for a strategic Data & AI transformation program delivered for a leading energy-sector client. Working directly with business, engineering, and finance stakeholders, you will bridge business priorities with technical delivery, helping shape initiatives across modern data platforms, AI solutions, data governance, and analytics. You will collaborate closely with a distributed engineering team to ensure business needs are translated into high-quality, actionable delivery throughout the full program lifecycle. This is a US-based onsite (West Palm) role with an anticipated base salary range of $156,000–$180,000 annually. Responsibilities Build trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders, acting as the primary onsite representative for the Data & AI programCollaborate with operations, engineering, finance, and other business teams to identify opportunities where data, analytics, and AI solutions can deliver measurable valueGather, analyze, and translate business requirements into structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans for distributed engineering teamsManage a portfolio of parallel initiatives, coordinating priorities, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multiple workstreamsPartner with delivery teams to estimate, plan, and successfully execute Data & AI initiatives, including Databricks modernization, data governance, analytics, and AI-enabled solutionsFacilitate Agile ceremonies, business workshops, sprint reviews, demonstrations, UAT activities, and adoption planningCommunicate delivery status, business value, risks, and dependencies to client leadership and internal stakeholdersDrive adoption of delivered solutions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and future program growthWork onsite full-time in West Palm Beach, Florida, and meet all client site access and background screening requirements Requirements 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Delivery Management, or Technology Consulting within large enterprise environmentsExperience delivering Data, Analytics, AI, or Digital Transformation initiatives, preferably within the energy, utilities, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industriesStrong understanding of modern data platforms, data governance, analytics, and AI concepts, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical teamsProven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into structured delivery plans for engineering teamsExperience managing multiple concurrent initiatives, stakeholder expectations, dependencies, and delivery risksFamiliarity with Agile delivery methodologies, backlog management, and tools such as Jira; exposure to Databricks, AWS, and Power BI is preferredOutstanding communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with senior business leaders This is a leadership role where you will drive impact in two main directions: Leading People Hire and onboard talent, build trust and inclusion, set clear priorities, coach growth, deliver results, and lead change aligned to our values.
