What You'll Do
- Take full ownership of large-scale PaaS implementation programs for BFSI clients, from initial planning to successful launch and operational handover.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client leadership, ensuring transparent, proactive communication and building strong, lasting relationships.
- Guarantee all aspects of the program adhere to strict BFSI regulatory, security, and data protection standards.
- Cook up and align our internal teams—including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations—to deliver a seamless and integrated client experience.
- Manage performance and risk by proactively monitoring program health, tracking key metrics, managing budgets, and resolving issues to keep projects on track.
- Drive change by effectively managing and communicating scope changes, assessing impact, and securing approvals to maintain program integrity.
- Innovate and improve by continuously refining our delivery processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
