About the role
This is a fully remote, 8-month contract role as a Program Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and coordinate their execution toward broader program objectives.
- Plan, implement, and maintain program schedules from inception through delivery.
- Develop and communicate program roadmaps, status updates, development issues, and success metrics.
- Establish and monitor program risks, identifying potential issues and developing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve program cost, performance, efficiency, and schedule.
- Build, manage, and monitor program budgets.
- Facilitate communication and coordination across multiple projects and stakeholder groups.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, communication, and satisfaction throughout the program lifecycle.
- Support company-wide OKRs and QBRs.
- Provide general program management support for C-level rhythm-of-business activities.
- Monitor business trends, changing conditions, and internal processes that may impact individual projects or the overall program.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure program deliverables remain on track.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects within a broader program.
- Strong program and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery.
- Experience developing and communicating program roadmaps, status reports, metrics, and milestones.
- Proven ability to identify, assess, and monitor program risks.
- Experience managing budgets and driving cost, performance, and schedule improvements.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior or executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience supporting organizational OKRs, QBRs, or similar business planning and review processes.
- Experience supporting executive-level or C-suite rhythm-of-business activities.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and projects in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen and awareness of organizational trends, processes, and conditions that may affect program outcomes.
- Must be able to work remotely from within the United States.
- Availability during Pacific Time business hours is preferred; candidates in other U.S. time zones may be considered.
Pay
Pay range for this position is $89.90 to $94.90 per hour. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
