About The Role
The Program Manager oversees the execution of complex, cross-functional technical initiatives that directly support core infrastructure and product deployment. Operating within a distributed engineering organization, this role bridges the gap between product strategy, engineering delivery, and operational readiness to ensure reliable execution against aggressive roadmaps. This position focuses on establishing predictable delivery cadences, managing cross-team dependencies, and unblocking engineering teams. By driving structured communication and implementing scalable program frameworks, the role ensures that technical initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable quality.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-priority software engineering and infrastructure programs across multiple cross-functional teams
Establish and manage program schedules, identifying critical path dependencies, resource constraints, and potential risks to milestone delivery
Implement and standardize project management frameworks, utilizing Jira, Confluence, and Gantt mapping tools to ensure clear visibility into progress
Facilitate regular sprint planning, standups, retro, and program status reviews, maintaining active alignment among engineering, product, and leadership stakeholders
Define, track, and report on key program health metrics, including team velocity, release quality, and resource allocation efficiency
Identify process bottlenecks across engineering workflows and design scalable improvements to drive operational efficiency and shorter cycle times
What We Are Looking For
4-7 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Program Manager in a fast-paced software development or SaaS environment
Proven track record of managing multi-team, cross-functional technical projects with complex integration dependencies
Deep expertise with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise project management tools including Jira, Confluence, and Asana
Strong technical literacy, including a solid understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and modern deployment pipelines
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Bonus: PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certifications; experience with SQL, Tableau, or data visualization tools for program reporting
