About The Role
The Program Manager owns the execution of critical cross-functional initiatives, bridging the gap between product strategy and engineering execution. This role drives alignment across distributed engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver complex technical programs on schedule. The role focuses on establishing operational rigor, managing risk profiles, and streamlining communication channels. Working within a fast-paced technology environment, the ideal candidate will turn ambiguous requirements into structured execution roadmaps with clear milestones and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, multi-team technical programs from inception to launch.
- Establish and run the operating rhythm for the program, including sprint planning, standups, retrospective meetings, and executive status reporting.
- Identify, track, and mitigate cross-team dependencies, risks, and blockers using JIRA, Confluence, and advanced roadmapping tools.
- Define, track, and report on program health metrics, engineering velocity, and operational KPIs to leadership.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leads to prioritize backlogs and allocate resources effectively across competing initiatives.
- Standardize program management templates and processes to improve overall organizational efficiency and delivery predictability.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager within a fast-growing technology organization.
- Proven track record of managing complex technical programs with multiple software engineering dependencies.
- Expert-level proficiency with project management tooling, specifically JIRA, Confluence, and Gantt mapping tools.
- Strong technical literacy, including a solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical/analytical field.
- Bonus: PMP or CSM certifications, or hands-on experience running infrastructure-focused or cloud migration initiatives.
