About the Role

Santé is seeking a Full-Time 911 Call Center Program Manager to join our crisis intervention team in Timonium, MD. The ideal candidate will be flexible to work day shift, evening shift, and some weekends, with on-call requirements. As a 911 Call Center Program Manager, you will collaborate with the Director and BCCRS to develop and manage the 911 Call Center Clinician Program (CCC) pilot.

Responsibilities

• In collaboration with the Director, develop policies and procedures and ensure implementation.
• Responsible for initial and ongoing training of CCC staff.
• Assist in the hiring process, including interviewing employment candidates.
• Complete follow-up calls for CCC and determine disposition or transfer to BCCRS as needed.
• Provide ongoing training, monitoring, and supervision to CCC staff.
• Provide ongoing consultation and clinical oversight for CCC and coordinate with BCCRS services.
• Ensure accurate, thorough, and timely documentation of all CCC calls.
• Available 24/7 as an on-call supervisor.
• Provide daily review of open cases and consultation on difficult cases.
• Establish CCC schedule and ensure coverage.
• Directly supervise all members of the CCC team.
• Coordinate and consult with Dispatcher supervisor on program effectiveness and quality.
• Fill in shifts as needed.
• Develop and provide community trainings when requested.
• Participate in Community Boards and Committees as needed.
• Audit cases per standard operating procedures.
• Check work email according to agency protocol.
• Participate in and complete all required trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay

Salary range: $75,000–$80,000 per year (depending on licensure and experience).
