We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes JOB SUMMARY, ESSENTIAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, REQUIREMENTS, INTERNAL TRAINING REQUIREMENTS, QUALITY ASSURANCE REQUIREMENTS, HEALTH & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS. We need to map to allowed headings. Likely we can have sections: About the role (job summary), Responsibilities (essential roles), Requirements (education/experience), Qualifications (maybe certifications), Skills (technical skills), Benefits (none?), Pay (none), Schedule (none). Since no explicit benefits, pay, schedule, we should omit those sections. Also internal training, quality assurance, health & safety could be considered part of Requirements or Qualifications? But we must not invent sections; we can include them under Requirements or Qualifications if they are specific. However we must not create headings with filler. We could include a section "Qualifications" for certifications like PMP, ISO, bilingual, etc. "Skills" for Microsoft Office, Project, communication, analytical, etc. "Requirements" for education and experience. "About the role" for job summary. "Responsibilities" for essential roles. The internal training, quality assurance, health & safety could be placed under "Requirements" or maybe as separate sections but not in allowed list; we must only use allowed headings. So we can incorporate that content under Requirements or Qualifications or Skills as appropriate. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., implying those are examples but we should use those headings only. Likely we should stick to those exact headings. So we will produce sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. No Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include details from job summary, responsibilities, requirements, internal training, quality assurance, health & safety. We'll embed them under appropriate sections. Let's parse content: Job Summary: "Implement program management processes to local ESS manufacturing programs to improve inefficiencies and proactively address concerns for timing, costs and quality over the product development life cycle. Provides expert technical leadership in coordinating, facilitating, motivating, and directing efforts of cross-functional program teams and identifies process improvements for efficient use of team resources. Work is performed under little or no supervision and requires independent problem-solving and decision making with general direction received on program objectives and broad guidance. Coordinates/supports on site customer line tours/requests and customer meetings as needed. Supports global communication with development team based in Korea to ensure design changes are captured and communicated to the local production team that could be impacted. Monitors/maintains KPI goals for product realization. Performs other duties in support of departmental goals and objectives." Essential Roles and Responsibilities: list bullet-like sentences. We'll convert to
  • . Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering or other area. Experience in the automotive industry and APQP is required. Knowledge/experience with ISO 16949 is a plus. Program Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. Hybrid electronics or advanced battery technology experience is preferred. Bilingual in English and Korean is preferred (to engage with ESS design team). Fluent in Microsoft Office software to be able to track and analyze spreadsheets and plans. Fluent in Microsoft project for managing timing plans is preferred. Demonstrated strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills for successful performance of job duties. Carry out projects, broad in nature, from beginning to end in coordination with internal / external contacts. Strong organizational, project management, and leadership skills to prioritize, coordinate activities, manage conflicting needs, and deal with many issues at one time. Able to work independently under little or no supervision. Internal Training Requirements: list of items. Quality Assurance Requirements: list. Health & Safety Requirements: list. We need to include all that info. We can place internal training, quality assurance, health & safety under Requirements or Qualifications? Probably under Requirements as they are requirements. But we already have a Requirements section for education/experience; we can add subpoints. Qualifications: maybe include certifications (PMP, ISO 16949), language, hybrid electronics experience, etc. But we already have those in Requirements. Could split: Requirements = education + experience; Qualifications = certifications, language, technical skills; Skills = soft skills, tools. However we must not duplicate content. We need to preserve all info; we can allocate. Let's design:

    About the role

Maybe we should move some of those skill sentences to Skills section. But we can keep them under Requirements; it's still substantive. However we need to avoid duplication; we haven't created Skills section yet. If we keep them under Requirements, we still have all info. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine everything into Requirements and Responsibilities and About the role. That's fine. But we also have internal training, quality assurance, health & safety. We need to include them. Could add another paragraph under Requirements: "Internal training requirements: ..." etc. Let's add:

    Requirements

Strong organizational, project management, and leadership skills to prioritize, coordinate activities, manage conflicting needs, and deal with many issues at one time.

Able to work independently under little or no supervision.

But this is quite long; maybe we should split into sections: Requirements (education/experience), Qualifications (certifications, language, internal training, QA, H&S), Skills (communication, analytical, etc.). However we must not create sections with filler. All those have content. Let's decide: We'll have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (education/experience), Qualifications (certifications, language, internal training, QA, H&S), Skills (soft skills, tools). That seems reasonable and each will have substantive content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Good. Now craft HTML. We'll need to escape
