Program Manager

Location: Suitland, MD • Full-Time • Day Shift • On-site • Must possess an active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance

About the role

Varen, an SAIC company, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and report on contract execution, including all technical efforts.
• Engage with government leadership to establish priorities, resource utilization, and resolve program/project issues.
• Support the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) with budget, expenditures, and workload tracking.
• Deliver financial forecasting and reporting.
• Serve as the lead manager and administrator for personnel, overseeing all matters pertaining to the IT system under the information systems owner.
• Support the government IT program manager and plan/oversee ISO requirements across data centers, networks, telecommunications infrastructure, servers, systems, services, and applications.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings and develop program execution plans including schedule, technical, management, risk, quality, security, and staffing plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and ten (10) years or more of related experience; Master’s and eight (8) years or more experience; PhD or JD and five (5) years or more experience.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.

Pay

Target salary range: $160,001 – $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
