Program Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end execution of NPI programs using RUCKUS processes and tools (e.g., Asana).
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and execution commitments.
- Oversee daily program operations, ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, and supply chain; manage validations, material readiness, and BOM governance.
- Proactively identify risks, drive mitigation strategies, and ensure on-time delivery of key program milestones.
- Lead and influence global, cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.
- Provide regular status updates, including weekly reports and executive-level monthly reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement through KPI tracking, program assessments, and operational refinements.
- Lead post-production activities and ongoing program support as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field
- 3–5 years of program or project management experience in a relevant industry
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable results
- Proficiency in analyzing data and presenting fact-based recommendations
- Experience defining and tracking program metrics and KPIs
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with a sense of urgency
- Comfortable working in a global, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to travel (primarily domestic, limited global travel)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Exposure to full product lifecycle development—from concept to production
