Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of NPI programs using RUCKUS processes and tools (e.g., Asana).
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and execution commitments.
• Oversee daily program operations, ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, and supply chain; manage validations, material readiness, and BOM governance.
• Proactively identify risks, drive mitigation strategies, and ensure on-time delivery of key program milestones.
• Lead and influence global, cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.
• Provide regular status updates, including weekly reports and executive-level monthly reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement through KPI tracking, program assessments, and operational refinements.
• Lead post-production activities and ongoing program support as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field
• 3–5 years of program or project management experience in a relevant industry
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable results
• Proficiency in analyzing data and presenting fact-based recommendations
• Experience defining and tracking program metrics and KPIs
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with a sense of urgency
• Comfortable working in a global, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to travel (primarily domestic, limited global travel)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Exposure to full product lifecycle development—from concept to production
