Program Manager

Essential Duties of the Program Manager

• Plan, coordinate, and manage major projects primarily serving the DOD.
• Develop and implement effective cost containment, cost tracking, and control methods.
• Analyze/interpret data to manage projects in alignment with company objectives.
• Discuss and communicate complex business and technical issues between the customer and the company.
• Maintain ethical business standards and honesty and integrity within the workplace.

Education/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience with financial management of contracts desired.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing and/or engineering administration in industries related to the fabrication of large equipment preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation/communications skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate, and problem solve.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and Power Point, and ERP systems.

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 per year

This is an on-site position reporting to our manufacturing facility in York, PA. You'll be part of a skilled team delivering high-quality, made-to-spec components where precision, reliability, and customer focus matter.
