Program Manager
About This Role
We're looking for a Program Manager to lead the execution and operational management of CarePath's partnerships. This role serves as the connective tissue between Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and strategic partners to ensure campaigns launch successfully, perform effectively, and scale over time. You will own the operational planning, launch readiness, governance, reporting, and continuous improvement of our customer journey campaigns. You'll establish the processes, operating rhythms, and performance reporting that enable CarePath to launch increasingly sophisticated partner programs. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys combining project management, analytics, and cross-functional leadership to deliver measurable growth.
About CarePath

We are at an exciting stage of growth—scaling a new product line, expanding clinic adoption, and building the technology and operating model to support the next phase of the business. We are looking for builders who enjoy solving complex problems, collaborating across teams, and creating solutions that directly impact veterinary practices and pet owners.
