Program Manager
Responsibilities
- Generate proposals, including costing and quotes.
- Review designs and specifications.
- Work closely with customers, production management, and vendors.
- Visit customers as needed to drive business.
- Identify opportunities and cold call new prospects.
- Attend trade shows within the territory.
Qualifications
- A High School Degree required.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Over 3 years of related experience in the printed circuit board business, preferably flexible printed circuits.
- Computer skills with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint desired.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
- Strong sense of urgency.
- Works well in a team-oriented environment.
- Good oral and written communications skills.
- Works well with customers and responds in a timely manner.
Pay
Pay may range from $90,000 to $100,000 annually. The pay range above represents annual base salary only. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as your job level, geographic location, date of hire, experience, job-related knowledge and skills, and education in conjunction with market and business considerations.

About the Role
Altaflex, a division of OSI Electronics, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. The selected candidate will be responsible for sales development, managing the existing customer base, and working well with customers and production managers. They will also identify and close new business opportunities, as well as manage and grow existing business.
