Program Manager

One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to serve as Key Personnel supporting a potential Federal Government customer at the Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center. The Program Manager will provide overall management, direction, administration, quality control, and leadership for contractor and subcontractor personnel supporting the DC3 Strategic and Foundational Operations effort. This position is tied to a future business opportunity. Key Responsibilities Provide overall management and oversight of contractor and subcontractor activities supporting the PWSProvide management, direction, administration, quality control, and leadership across the programFacilitate communication between Government and contractor personnelTrack and document requirements and activities using industry best practices and proven methodologiesEnsure contract tasks are completed in accordance with PWS requirements and performance standardsMaintain responsibility for the quality and efficiency of contractor performanceSupport financial and business processes while excluding inherently governmental functionsIdentify and communicate potential contractual, programmatic, and resource limitationsDevelop, maintain, and update the Program Management Plan and Risk Management PlanCoordinate program kick-off activities, recurring reporting, and Monthly Status ReportsMaintain workforce stability and required personnel qualification documentation Required Qualifications Candidates must meet all of the following requirements: Current TS/SCI clearanceU.S. CitizenCurrent Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationDemonstrated success managing projects and programs of similar size and complexity within the last 10 yearsWithin the last 5 years, demonstrated experience determining and managing manpower requirements for projects of comparable scope involving diverse technical skills and labor categoriesWithin the last 5 years, demonstrated experience conducting comprehensive financial and performance monitoring of contracts using key performance metrics to ensure compliance and optimal outcomesAbility to exercise management authority and effectively address contractual, programmatic, performance, staffing, and resource issues About One Federal Solution One Federal Solution (OFS) is an innovative Professional Services provider with over 20 years of experience supporting Defense and Civilian agencies.
