Program Manager

About the role

Neos is seeking a Program Manager for a long‑term contract role with a client in Austin, TX. This is an onsite position; only candidates currently residing within 50 miles of Austin, TX will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior advisor for program management activities, including schedule, procurement, contract, technology, finance, and customer engagement.
• Perform requirements gathering and business analysis.
• Develop statements of work.
• Conduct independent verification and validation.
• Interact with DIR programs and engage with the vendor community after the procurement period.

Requirements

• 7 years required: Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
• 7 years required: Developing projects associated with strategic program to support the direction of the organization.
• 7 years required: Creating and managing long‑term goals.
• 7 years required: Advising and assisting in budget and operating plan for the program.
• 7 years required: Customer engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7 years preferred: Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
