PROGRAM MANAGER

You will serve as the C-130 Support Equipment Program Manager in the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, SE & ALRE Group, Support Equipment Department, PEO (A) PSE Division, P-8/C-130/E-130 SE Branch of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, planning, budgeting, execution, management, acquisition, and sustainment of aviation Support Equipment and associated life cycle support requirements for systems and products managed by PMA-207.
• Coordinate and interface with stakeholders across branches, departments, and commands to plan and execute SE life cycle management (development, testing, acquisition, fielding, support, and disposal).
• Compose and deliver executive-level proposals, reports, briefs, and other communications in support of agency initiatives.
• Identify risks to program execution (e.g., cost, schedule, performance) and create mitigation plans.
• Exercise centralized authority and control over program resources (e.g., funding, contracts, team priorities, schedules, personnel tasking).

Pay

$148,222 – $197,200 per year.
