About the role
Munro is seeking an experienced Consulting Program Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused consulting environment and enjoys leading complex technical engagements from concept through execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer engagements from kickoff through completion, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer expectations.
- Serve as the primary customer contact, building strong relationships and coordinating communication between customers and Munro teams.
- Cook up multidisciplinary engineering resources while managing project priorities, risks, and deliverables.
- Facilitate customer meetings, technical reviews, workshops, and executive presentations.
- Manage project financial performance, including budgets, invoicing, resource utilization, and forecasting.
- Support proposal development, statements of work, project extensions, and follow-on consulting opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement while ensuring every engagement delivers measurable customer value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience within engineering, consulting, manufacturing, automotive, or a related technical industry.
- Proven success managing complex customer projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong customer relationship management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience managing project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and financial performance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience using Replicon or similar project management software is preferred.
- Able to travel approximately 10–15% for customer meetings, workshops, and project support.
