The Role
Lead all phases of program development, including timing, engineering, tooling, validation, and launch activities.
Manage program schedules, risks, open issues, and communication across cross-functional teams.
Drive design reviews, feasibility studies, testing, and customer approvals.
Coordinate tooling development, process readiness, and production launch activities.
Partner with internal teams and automotive customers to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in engineering interior decorative and functional automotive components for automotive suppliers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and CAD software
- Understanding of IATF 16949 quality and environmental management systems
- Familiarity with OEM customer-specific requirements
- Experience working directly with automotive OEMs
- Willingness and ability to travel within the U.S., Canada, and Mexico as required
