We are looking for a Program Manager who thrives in a customer-facing leadership role and enjoys balancing relationship management, technical program execution, and business strategy.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead Customer Relationships
- Act as the trusted advisor and primary contact for assigned customers
- Lead business reviews and program communications
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and expand partnerships
- Own Program Performance
- Monitor program performance, cost, and delivery metrics
- Support pricing strategies, RFQs, and contract negotiations
- Partner with customers and internal teams to manage demand forecasting
- Drive Program Execution
- Lead New Product Introductions, engineering changes, and quality improvement initiatives
- Cook up cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations and deadlines
- Collaborate & Influence
- Provide guidance to internal customer support teams
- Partner with site leadership to drive alignment and execution
Qualifications
- 7+ years in electronics or PCBA manufacturing
- 5+ years in a customer-facing manufacturing or OEM buyer role
- 3+ years leading cross-functional teams
