Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial). Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex programs.
- Skills & Competencies: Strong project management skills, proficient in project management tools, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to influence and lead teams, strong problem-solving and strategic decision-making abilities, knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements, ability to travel up to 30% (domestic and international).
