About the role
Seeking a compassionate and experienced Dialysis Program Manager to oversee and enhance a hemodialysis program within a healthcare facility.
Responsibilities
- Supervise dialysis staff to deliver safe, effective patient care in accordance with guidelines.
- Implement policies and procedures focused on safety and quality improvement.
- Manage the daily operations of the hemodialysis program.
- Represent the program to hospital management and the community.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address patient concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in accordance with state regulations.
- CPR certification; ACLS within 1 year of hire; CRRN preferred.
- At least one year of inpatient hospital experience and dialysis nursing experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and adapt to flexible shifts.
