Seeking a compassionate and experienced Dialysis Program Manager to oversee and enhance a hemodialysis program within a healthcare facility. Key Responsibilities Include Supervising dialysis staff to deliver safe, effective patient care in accordance with guidelines.Implementing policies and procedures focused on safety and quality improvement.Managing the daily operations of the hemodialysis program.Representing the program to hospital management and the community.Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to address patient concerns promptly. Qualifications And Skills Required Current RN licensure in accordance with state regulations.CPR certification; ACLS within 1 year of hire; CRRN preferred.At least one year of inpatient hospital experience and dialysis nursing experience preferred.Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and adapt to flexible shifts.
