- 12+ years of experience in Program or Project management.
- Proven track record of managing complex programs.
- Strong experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with program management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet)
