About the role
We are seeking a strategic Program Manager for our Denver branch to lead multiple large-scale technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in a business analyst or project manager role, with a focus on large scale enterprise project upgrades and/or implementations. Specifically, candidates should have integrated ERP deployment experience (preferably with Microsoft D365, AX or CRM), program management with multiple lanes/departments delivery, and experience in a consulting environment.
Responsibilities
- Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
- Conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets
- Connecting and guiding the project team to minimize downtime
- Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization
- Leveraging expertise to support go-love dates identified for the project
- Supporting the Dynamics team, Business Units, and vendors to deliver agreed-upon objectives and measurements, on time and within budget
- Managing the integration of vendor tasks and tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables
- Recommending operational strategies and plans that could directly impact results
- Communicating with executive leadership on matters of strategic importance
- Guiding projects from conception to final implementation and measuring the results in a data-driven manner
