Program Manager

Schedule: The Program Manager will support the ongoing Paramedic training program and coordinate day-to-day and programmatic requirements throughout course performance. Summary: The Program Manager will oversee the administration, coordination, and daily operation of the Naval Special Warfare SOTM Paramedic Course of Instruction. The position will ensure that instructors, students, schedules, documentation, clinical activities, and program requirements remain properly coordinated and compliant with applicable standards. Requirements: Minimum of two years of relevant program management or paramedic training experienceMust meet applicable LABEMS and CoAEMSP Program Manager requirementsExperience managing EMS, paramedic, medical education, or comparable training programsStrong organizational, communication, documentation, and coordination skills Duties: Manage and coordinate daily operations of the SOTM Paramedic training programCoordinate instructors, students, course schedules, clinical activities, and training requirementsMaintain required program records, evaluations, documentation, and administrative requirementsCoordinate regularly with NSW SOTM leadership, the Course Manager, and medical personnel to ensure program requirements are met Powered by JazzHR sGGkRSQsFK
