About the role
The Program Manager is responsible for directing, establishing, promoting, and maintaining specific programs and initiatives within a designated customer base, including large and/or critical accounts. This role assists customers’ operational strategies to achieve timely and cost-effective solutions, maximizes communications, job planning, and service delivery to meet customer satisfaction goals.
Responsibilities
- Manages programs to ensure implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives.
- Plans and develops methods and procedures for implementing programs, directs and coordinates program activities, and exercises control over personnel responsible for specific functions or phases.
- Proactively communicates with and seeks feedback from customers to drive outstanding customer value and loyalty, continuously improving customer satisfaction.
- Reviews reports and records activities to ensure progress toward program objectives, modifying methodologies as required to redirect activities and attain goals.
- Prepares program reports for superiors.
- Controls expenditures in accordance with budget allocations.
- Effectively communicates goals to the team and the wider organization when required.
- Reliable attendance is required.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed; responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED (required).
- 5 years of contract manufacturing experience (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (preferred).
- 10 years of related experience (preferred).
- Die Cast experience (preferred).
Schedule
7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
Pay
The anticipated starting salary range for this position is $93,641 to $124,855. The exact salary may be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate’s knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, and education.
