About the Role

Kidde has an opportunity for a Program Manager who will be responsible for the tactical execution of product roadmaps. You will work independently, lead both programs and projects of all sizes, analyze data, and recommend solutions to address project risks. This role involves maintaining progress reports and driving accountability to meet business objectives. As a member of our Global PMO, you will impact projects, programs, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead work with various functional organizations to ensure alignment with overall objectives.
• Review options, identify potential solutions, and propose resolutions to project risks to ensure successful project completion.
• Partner with Product Management and Marketing teams to understand strategic intent and support business scope with Program Managers and development teams.
• Utilize Risk Management to equip teams for known issues with parallel paths, addressing unknown risks without impacting time to market.
• Track and manage project budgets.
• Lead key milestone deliverables and phase gate reviews.
• Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Identify process gaps, propose solutions, and support process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years’ experience in a project/program management role.
• 3+ years’ experience managing consumer products from conceptualization through delivery, on time and on budget.

OR

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 10+ years of project/program management experience.
• 5+ years’ experience managing consumer products from conceptualization through delivery, on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Marketing, or Industrial Design, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with domestic and global manufacturing.
• Experience working with globally distributed and diverse project teams.
• PMP Certification, CSM, or other Agile/Scrum experience is beneficial.
• Working understanding of regulatory requirements for safety-based products.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior/executive leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Pay

Base salary range: $122,285.00 to $143,865.00.
