About the role
Lead cross-functional teams through new product introductions (NPI) and product improvement initiatives from ideas to launch and beyond supporting Signaling and other business units.
Use a blended agile-waterfall approach to balance speed, structure, and flexibility across our product development lifecycle.
Own the program schedule, budget, resource alignment, and overall delivery while keeping communication simple, clear, and people-focused.
Create a project culture that’s open, honest, and supportive, where people feel empowered to speak up, solve problems, and celebrate wins together.
Bring visibility and structure to complex initiatives by using tools like Jira, PPM, dashboards, and visual management boards.
Keep key stakeholders (internal and external) informed with regular updates, telling the full story behind the metrics.
Partner closely with engineering, product management, QA, marketing, and operations to ensure we’re solving the right problems and solving them well.
Stay connected to the voice of the customer whether it’s a homeowner using our product, or the technician installing it in the field.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 6+ years of experience in program/Project Management with Product Development background.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Software); PMP or Agile certification a big plus.
- Deep experience leading complex projects that include hardware, firmware, mechanical design, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Familiarity with the tools and processes that keep modern programs moving: Jira, MS Project, dashboards, agile, phase gates, etc.
- Strong technical fluency, but more importantly: a strong belief in people, communication, problem solving, proactive, and accountability.
- Willingness to travel occasionally Local and international as needed.

- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Technical understanding of fire safety systems and products.
