Program Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of program management, project management, or engineering leadership experience, preferably within defense, government contracting, manufacturing, or engineered systems environments.
- Demonstrated success leading complex programs involving cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience managing program scope, schedule, cost, risk, and customer communications.
- Strong understanding of U.S. Government contracting practices, including FAR and DFARS requirements.
- Proficiency with program planning tools, project management systems, and performance reporting methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- U.S. Person preferred qualifications include: PMP, DAU, or equivalent project management certification, experience supporting U.S. Navy customers, shipbuilding programs, or maritime systems, experience within engineered-to-order manufacturing, fabrication, or machine shop environments, familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM), baseline control, business analytics, and program performance metrics, experience transitioning development programs into production and sustainment environments.

Strong communication, leadership, and customer engagement skills will be critical to ensuring successful program outcomes and long-term customer partnerships.
