Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and management of programs and projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Direct technical teams and coordinate resources to achieve program objectives.
- Establish and monitor program milestones, deliverables, and critical success factors.
- Manage program risks, issues, and change requests while implementing mitigation strategies.
- Cook with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor contract performance, resource utilization, and financial performance.
- Prepare and present program status reports, briefings, and executive-level communications.
- Support business development, proposal efforts, and strategic planning activities as required.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company policies, and applicable regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, management, or related discipline.
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years of professional experience in program or project management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, staffing, and project resources.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Able to effectively engage with customers, executives, and technical teams.
