Program Manager

About the role

The Program Manager will lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. They will also be responsible for ensuring project success through effective communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget
• Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders
• Facilitate regular team meetings and status updates
• Ensure compliance with project plans and standards
• Resolve conflicts and manage stakeholder expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• MS Project or similar project management software proficiency
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of industry-specific project management tools

$80,000 - $100,000 annually
